1. How do I place an order?
Add the desired items to your shopping cart. When ready, click the “Checkout Now” button. Complete all required fields. Be sure to save or print a copy of your confirmation email.
2. What are my shipping options?
Economy: (6-10) business days* - $7.99. No extra charge for additional items.
Standard: (4-7) business days* - $9.99 + $1 for each additional item.
Express: (3-4) business days* - $14.99 + $1.50 for each additional item.
Premium: (2) business days* - $28.99 + $2 for each additional item.
Special Delivery Arrangements: Next day / Saturday deliveries - Please Call 1-800-878-4764 to speak to a representative.
*Orders placed before 3PM EST: the first day of transit is the day after you submit your order.
Example: Orders placed on Wednesday before 3 PM EST with Premium shipping option will ship out on Wednesday for delivery on Friday.
*Orders placed after 3PM EST: the first day of transit is 2 days after you submit your order.
Example: Orders placed on Wednesday after 3 PM EST with Premium shipping option will ship out on Thursday for delivery the following Monday.
*It is not possible to upgrade your shipping once your order is submitted as we have to process and ship orders immediately.
3. Can I adjust / cancel my order?
Yes, in most cases, we can adjust or cancel the order before it leaves our warehouse. You will need to send a request to customerservice@zoogstercostumes.com. Please include your order confirmation number in the email, as well as any other relevant information so that we will know exactly what you are requesting.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. You will need to proceed with our international checkout. Add the items to the shopping cart, and then click on the international checkout button. Any inquires regarding international shipping should be directed to our international division, Ishop USA.

5. How do I exchange my order?
- You will need to place a separate new order for exchange as this ensures you will receive your exchange order in a timely manner.
- Once this has been done you may send back the original order to the return address below for a refund. Please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email and a note indicating that you have placed your separate exchange order.
- Please write “EX# Z2010” on the outside of your return (see example below). Failure to do so can result in your package being refused by our receiving department.

- When we receive the return here we will process that refund back to your credit card. You will not be charged the 20% restocking fee if you proceed with an exchange.

6. How do I return my order?
- Please mail your return to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email and a note indicating the reason for return.
- Please write “RT# Z2010” on the outside of your return (see examples below). Failure to do so can result in your package being refused by our receiving department.
 
- When we receive the return here we will process that refund back to your credit card. You will be charged the 20% restocking fee if you proceed with a return.
