- You will need to place a separate new order for exchange as this ensures you will receive your exchange order in a timely manner.
- Once this has been done you may send back the original order to the return address below for a refund. Please include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email and a note indicating that you have placed your separate exchange order.
- Please write “EX# Z2010” on the outside of your return. Failure to do so can result in your package being refused by our receiving department.
- When we receive the return here we will process that refund back to your credit card. You will not be charged the 20% restocking fee if you proceed with an exchange.
